The River Group has launched Eat Healthy magazine in the UK.
Eat Healthy is owned by The River Group, and will be an omni-channel product spearheaded by a print magazine.
The key focuses of Eat Healthy are food, health, and fitness.
The magazine will feature over 60 recipes in every issue, with four free recipe cards included that offer easy recipes requiring less than five ingredients.
The magazine will focus on five editorial pillars: Everyday Healthy (healthier versions of loved foods), Eat to Beat (beating an illness with food), Free From (foods for specialist diets), Fit Food, and Weight Management.
The magazine aims to provide user friendly recipes to it's readers, as well as expert advice, quick tips and longer, absorbing articles.
Eat Healthy content will also be available on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Pinterest.
It will also be supported by The Eat Healthy Club, which give members additional recipes, articles and competitions at no extra cost.
"Interest in healthy eating is huge and growing, and with so many new names and products launching all the time, it's a massively exciting time to be heading up a new healthy eating magazine and working so closely with some great experts and brands." said Ceri Moorhouse, editor.
Moorhouse is formerly editor of Natural Health, Great British Food, and Your Fitness.
"The launch of Eat Healthy is a bold and exciting move, based on River's in-depth experience of health and food markets. It also underlines our belief in print as a dynamic part of the omni-channel content mix. Combined with a lively, targeted and inclusive digital strategy, we are looking forward to celebrating Eat Healthy's success with some of its delicious and unique recipes!" said editorial content director, Claire Irvin.
