Dan Dombey has been appointed as Brexit editor for the Financial Times.
In addition to his responsibilities as global economy news producer, Dombey will coordinate the title's coverage of Brexit.
Several FT journalists are also re-locating to Brussels in the wake of Britain's exit from the European Union.
Rochelle Toplensky is making the move to cover European regulation as the FT's EU Correspondent.
Financial Times editor Lionel Barber said: The repercussions from Brexit will be felt across the continent as we approach elections in France and Germany, and a referendum in Italy. It is vital that the FT remains the single most important source of news and analysis on Brexit, and these changes will ensure that our coverage, while still paying due attention to an informed British audience, is increasingly accessible to international readers demanding agenda-setting European news and analysis.
