A 16 page fortnightly magazine will be launched by the two companies.
The magazine will feature highlights from theatre, comedy, culture, and entertainment across Scotland.
It will also contain exclusive reviews and interviews, with the first issue focusing on the upcoming Edinburgh Jazz & Blues Festival.
The 'top 10 national events' will be highlighted in each edition, examining the best of arts and culture in that fortnight.
Days out, music, visual art, comedy, books, and theatre will also get dedicated sections in every issue.
