In an industry where the number of touchpoints with a consumer has – and continues – to grow dramatically it can often be hard for circulation managers to step back and appreciate what the priority list might be on any day of the week.
The fact is that any item on a to do list and any avenue to the customer might well be deemed as important as the next. The key to harnessing all the information and touchpoints is to seek to integrate the approach. This is easier said than done and the impact of exploring only a selected few of the options may not be initially appreciated.
