ASOS marks its 100th birthday with first paid for editions
Charging £1 for the first time ever yesterday, ASOS's quarterly magazine was first established in 2007 and has become one of the UKs leading fashion titles with an ABC of 453,287.
Best know for working with new and up-and-coming stars, it has featured in its time an array of now A-list talents including Jennifer Lawrence, Taylor Swift, Elle Fanning, Solange Knowles and John Boyega.
The 100th issue focuses on four stars who are all major talents within their fields: singer and BRIT Award-winner Jorja Smith; UK rapper J Hus; Maisie Williams, the Bristol-born actor and Riverdales Cole Sprouse.
Editor-in-Chief Francesca Babb said Were enormously proud of what has been achieved by the ASOS magazine over the past 11 years. When the magazine launched
social media was in its infancy and we were that rare place within ASOS where content and fashion could live together. Since then, as platforms has developed and our own circulation has grown both in the UK and internationally, the magazines remit has changed to become one of pure inspiration. Now with our first ever paid-for edition, those new to ASOS can see for themselves what its all about.
The magazine, which is also distributed in France, Germany and the US, focuses on helping customer better understand the ASOS brand.
Also featuring in this edition are ASOS Insider and Riotgal artist Sophia Tassew, musician and fashion star Rina Sawayama, Hollywood actor Charlie Plummer, spoken word rapper Kojey Radical and US pop phenomenon Billie Eilish.
