Jamie Oliver's monthly food, travel, and lifestyle title will be published by Hearst Magazines UK.
The publisher of Good Housekeping, Cosmopolitan, ELLE, and Harper's Bazaar has announced the acquisition.
The title will be joining Hearst Made, the company's content partnership division.
Hearst will produce all editorial content for the title, and will sell all advertising in the magazine and on jamieoliver.com.
