Immediate Media has been acquired from Exponent and Management.
A Munich-based technology and media company has announced the 100% acquisition of Immediate Media.
Hubert Burda Media have acquired the special interest content platform company, whose brands include the Radio Times.
Immediate Media brands engage over 19 million consumers each month, according to the publisher.
Huburt Burda Media (also known as Burda), own over 540 brands worldwide.
Burda already publishers several consumer magazines in the UK, including YourHome and Wedding.
