Newssolutions, News UKs retail distribution network, will take on the workload.
The new weekly titles belong to Archant, and will be despatched with News UKs home-grown titles such as The Sun, The Times and Sunday Times. This follows Junes agreement to manage delivery of free listings magazine Time Out to sites that include tube and rail stations and tourist venues. News UK also recently renewed major printing contracts to produce the London Evening Standard and the Financial Times.
News UK set up Newssolutions in 2014, following a fall in print sales. It is the parent to Newslogistics and Newsprinters, and will be the distributor of the new titles. Newsprinters are the largerest printer in the UK, printing over 40 million copies a week.
