We look forward to receiving your information and cv regarding a role with InterMedia
Following a long period of sustained growth across both Intermedia Brand Marketing Ltd and wholly owned subsidiary, Intermedia Solutions Ltd, we have taken the opportunity to review our organisational structure, to ensure the business remains best placed to serve our growing portfolio of clients and the changing marketplaces in which we operate.
Today, I am delighted to announce a number of changes, which sees the company move to a group structure, with clearly defined operating entities.
InterMedia – will continue to provide dedicated retail newsstand, subscription marketing and fulfilment services to our growing portfolio of magazine publisher clients. InterMedia continues to attract new publishing clients seeking to grow and develop their retail newsstand presence, subscription base and increasingly, a balanced strategy across both routes to the consumer.
InterSend – formerly known as Intermedia Solutions, this business re-brands to become InterSend Ltd. We have achieved strong growth in this part of the business over the last twelve months, not least in the area of Storage, eCommerce Fulfilment, Direct Mail and our Parcel Distribution services. This growth has been achieved thanks to the increasing print volumes we now handle on behalf of our magazine publisher clients, but also non-magazine clients too, who engage in our pick, pack, despatch services to reach all corners of the world.
InterDirect – has been established to host the growing volume of direct magazine sales, building on the partnership in place with Jellyfish Connect, with whom we fulfil direct single copy orders direct to the consumer via magazine.co.uk. In a world where eCommerce continues to play an increasing role in purchasing behaviour, we look forward to increasing our B2C sales and expanding our reach.
InterGo Holdings Ltd – will form the holding company above each of the three trading entities and facilitates a clear and coherent group of companies, each with their own respective disciplines and expertise.
Commenting on this announcement, group managing director John Bardsley said, “I am delighted to be announcing these changes today which reflect not just the tremendous business we have built over the last ten years, but importantly, the changing marketplace in which we operate. At the heart of what we do, sits the relentless effort to provide service excellence to all our clients and ensure the business continues to remain match-fit in the years ahead. This is a very exciting development for both ourselves and our clients, and we look forward to taking the business to greater heights in the years ahead”.
