The latest figures from ABC reveal that The Times and The Star are performing well.
According to the latest figures revealed by ABC, the best performing national newspapers in the UK, in terms of year on year change in December 2015, were The Star and The Times.
Month on month, seven of the UK's 12 national daily titles increased their circulation.
On a month on month basis, The Financial Times performed best.
The FT saw a circulation increase of 1.7% to 209, 264.
The Times, which performed well on a year on year basis, saw a circulation increase of 0.3% month on month.
Year on year, The Times saw a circulation increase of 4.6%.
The Times performed well, perhaps thanks to an increase in bulk copies circulated.
The Star, another title which performed well on a year on year basis, saw slower month on month growth.
A circulation increase month on month of 0.4% was seen by The Star, despite halving its cover price to 20p in October 2015.
Perhaps suffering thanks to the increased popularity of The Star is The Daily Mirror, which saw an 11% fall in circulation year on year.
The Daily Mirror costs 60p, three times as much as The Star.
The worst performing national newspaper was The Daily Express, which saw a 12% decrease in circulation year on year to 400, 733.
