Miura Holdings Ltd, the parent company of Imagine, was acquired by £14.2M.
The acquisition represents some 179 million new Future shares.
Future also acquired Noble House Media in April, and Blaze Publishing's magazines, websites, and events in May.
Imagine is currently based in Bournemouth, and was formed in 2005.
It includes a portfolio of 19 periodical magazines and 300 bookazines, across History, Science, Creative, Tech, and Games verticals.
Imagine also has a strong licensing, web, and digital edition business.
Brands include 3D Artist, Gadget, Retro Gamer, How It Works, SciFiNow, and Digital Photographer.
