The title has been rebranded by the publishing group as Smarter Living.
The new Smarter Living magazine aims to have a broader, mass market appeal.
The title will include news, insights into solar energy storage, smart-home technology, electric vehicle markets, and reader tips.
Steph Wilkinson, editor of the title, says: "After the governments cuts to solar subsidies, we had to completely rebrand the magazine and change our message. Its no longer primarily about making money, but living in a smarter way. Solar power, plus home energy storage, plus owning an electric vehicle, allows you to take control of your electricity supply and fuel costs for years to come, while helping to save the planet.
"New smart technology, from thermostats to smart bulbs, also plays a huge part in making modern homes more energy and cost efficient, while the electric vehicle market is set to explode research suggests around 10% of cars on the road will be electric by 2020. Its these new, exciting markets we wanted to tap into and link with the benefits of solar power."
Smarter Living will feature case studies of real solar homes, including some of the first home battery owners in the UK.
Haymarket and the British Photovoltaic Association will joint-publish the new title, which will be available in June.
