The team will focus on delivering global digital solutions for international clients.
The team is led by Travy Yaverbaun, Global Vice President of Digital at Hearst Magazines International.
Chris Porter has also been appointed as Digital Director for the team, and will lead the sales function in London.
Porter is joining Hearst from Facebook, where he began working in 2009.
Gianlucca Ena has been appointed to the team in the role of Global Digital Account Management Director, and will also be based in London.
Ena is joining Hearst from Twitter, where he holds the role of Head of Performance.
Saverio Schiano has been appointed as International Business Director for the team, and will be based in Milan.
Hearst's International Trading Director, Simon Reed, will also be joining the team alongside Christina Watson, Hearst's Digital Business Director.
Reed joined Hearst in May 2016 from AOL.
Both Reed and Watson will be based in London.
