Among those named is Gaurav Sharma, IBT UK's current new business editor.
Sharma will begin a weekly column in June 2016. He will also engage with the finance community and market commentators, and co-ordinate business and economics commentary.
Also beginning a weekly column in June is Yasmin Alibhai-Brown,
Alibhai-Brown's column will focus on domestic and international politics, the arts, and feminism.
Inna Shevchenko, leader of the international women's movement FEMEN will also become a columnist.
Tony Blair's former director of communications and strategy, Alastair Campbell, has also been named as a new columnist.
Other notable new columnists include Michael Toner, Steve Busfield, Ben Rooney, Harcharan Chadhoke, and David Mepham.
