The company has added two new arms to the UK business.
The owners of International Business Times UK and Newsweek Europe have announced further expansions.
Two new UK arms have been added; a new conferences and events division, and an advertising content hub called IBTailored.
This comes following unprecedented audience numbers in July 2016, with a record 22.9M unique users reported in the period for IBTimes UK and 2.5M monthly unique users reported for Newsweek Europe.
Richard Remington, recently appointed Creative Director, and Pamela Ferrari-Blanhard, Sales Director, will lead IBTailored.
IBTailored will 'combine journalistic and creative brand communication to deliver bespoke solutions across multiple channels'.
The new conferences and events division will be led by former Managing Director at Reed Exhibitions, Justin Tadman.
Tadman is General Manager for events at IBT Media.
Greg Witham, COO at IBT Media, said: Our focus on strategically expanding the business, with both new appointments and the establishment of new business units, further supports our exceptional talent for growth. The record-breaking web-traffic for both IBTimes UK and Newsweek Europe is testament to our successful approach to attracting new audiences, and were very much looking forward to continuing the momentum we've achieved in the past year and further building our brands globally.
