Appointment of Non-Executive Director

Brand marketing and distribution group InterGo Holdings Ltd, today announces the appointment of Adrian
Hughes to the role of Non-Executive Director, with effect from 1st February 2024. Adrian succeeds Alan Green,
who will retire in the Spring, following twelve years with the company.

Adrian will join the Board of InterSend, the group’s eCommerce fulfilment and logistics business, in the capacity
of Non-Executive Chair, and will also join the Board of magazine marketing and distribution specialist, InterMedia
Brand Marketing Ltd, which will continue to be chaired by Andrea Davies.

Commenting on the appointment, Group Managing Director John Bardsley says, “On behalf of the Board, I would
like to express my sincere thanks to Alan for his unwavering support over the course of the last twelve years.
Alan’s contribution and dedication has seen the company expand significantly during this time, and we wish Alan
a very long and well deserved retirement.

I am delighted to welcome Adrian to the InterGo Group. Having previously held Board level positions at Time Inc,
TI Media and, more recently, Senior Vice President of Operations at Future PLC, Adrian brings with him a wealth
of experience in the marketing and distribution sector and is extremely well placed to support the ongoing
growth and strategic direction of the company. I very much look forward to working with Adrian as we take the
business to new heights.”
