US based publisher ALM has acquired Legal Week from Incisive Media.
ALM has stated that the acquisition of Legal Week will strengthen their "strategic presence in European and Asian markets and add to the companys portfolio of legal media properties".
Other titles owned by ALM include The American Lawyer, Asian Lawyer, Law.com, Corporate Counsel, The New York Law Journal, and The National Law Journal.
Bill Carter, Chief Executive of ALM, said: This acquisition is an important next step as we expand our offerings into key international markets.
"Legal Week has a strong audience base in Europe and Asia, and an impressive collection of industry events. It has also successfully transitioned to a business model primarily focused on digital content and services. These attributes make Legal Week an ideal addition to our platform."
ALM was formerly known as American Lawyer Media.
