NME's latest campaign aims at supporting young talent aspiring to break into the create industry.
Create Jobs is a youth employment initiative and will be setting up the one-day event, working along with the team from NME. It will take place at The Islington Metal Works on October 13th, and is aimed at 18-25 year olds. It will include speakers from media, design, fashion, film and music industries, and feature workshops, networking sessions, gaming stations, photo booths, and will culminate in an exclusive gig, staged in an intimate setting.
Mike Williams, NME Editor-in-Chief, said, NME is giving its audience access to some of the best talent in the creative industries and we hope that this will become a launch pad for the next generation of creatives.
Sumi Ejiri, Create Jobs Partnerships Manager, commented, NME is a dream partner for Create Jobs, having unprecedented access to some of the brightest talents in the creative industries. Were very excited to be working alongside them to open up the doors and enable a new generation of diverse, talented young Londoners to come through.
