The Hearst Magazines and Conde Nast joint venture announced the acquisition.
ProCirc is a US-based publishing services company, which boasts over 50 publishing clients with over 250 titles.
Noteable clients include Bonnier, Rodale, Outside Magazine, and New York Media.

ProCirc will continue to operate independently as a division of PubWorX, with co-founder and president Cary Zel and chief executive Marc Passarelli remaining at the helm.
