The social platform is aiming to attract more viewers to Discover.
Sources have claimed that Snapchat will overhaul the Discover section of it's app.
It has been reported that instead of static media logos, publishers will have a cover image to represent their channel.
Snapchat may also adopt an Instagram-style newsfeed as part of the new Discover page.
The aim is, reportedly, to make the Discover section look more like a magazine.
Currently, 20 publishers use the Discover feature. These include MTV, ESPN, Vox, IGN, Vice, and BuzzFeed.
The publishers use their channel to create special content and promote their existing content.
The Discover section is on a different page to the main app, which means it does not attract a particularly large number of Snapchat's 100M users.
