County magazine Sussex Life has recently celebrated its 50th year in print.

Sussex Life is a monthly paid-for print magazine, published by Archant.

To celebrate 50 years in print, Sussex Life held a lunch at the Grand Hotel in Brighton, which was attended by readers, staff and local dignitaries.

Sussex Life is based in Worthing, and has 15 full time members of staff.

The title was originally founded by Kent Messenger publishing group, following the success of sister title Kent Life.

Sussex Life has a monthly circulation of around 15, 000, and hosts the annual Sussex Life Awards for "best food, drink and hospitality" businesses across Sussex.
