The Sun, the Daily Mail and the Daily Telegraph are being sued by the 15 year old TalkTalk hacker.
The 15 year old boy arrested on suspicious of hacking TalkTalk customers personal details is suing The Sun, the Daily Mail, and the Daily Telegraph for breach of privacy.
The accused filed a lawsuit in Belfast's High Court, and is centred around the publicity of the boys arrest in Northern Ireland in October 2015.
A judge has already granted injunctions against Twitter and Google, in order to remove online references to the accused's identity and address.
A lawyer from the Daily Mail has rejected claims that the newspapers coverage of the accused led to the identification of the child.
The accused claims that the family has had to move house, after photographs and information published by national newspapers led to the boys identity being revealed.
The 15 year old boy was arrested on suspicion of offences under the Computer Misuse act.
He is currently on bail.
